At Boxclever our biggest priority is the wellbeing of our team. When the company was established, the goal was simple – to deliver great work without having to sacrifice our personal lives by working all hours. We wanted to create an environment that made coming to work not feel like a chore, instead creating a sense of community, a supportive and fun place in which to work and grow.

We operate with a culture of autonomy – as long as work gets done efficiently and to a high standard, we do not mind where, when, or how!

Anyone can use the Boxclever office anytime – most people tend to work from the office one to two times a week, but the choice is yours. We just encourage everyone to show their face at least once a month.

Annual leave

• 30 days base can be taken as you wish
• One shutdown period for whole company between Christmas and New Year
• Two company wide social days a year
• This means a minimum of c.35 days holiday plus bank holidays

Work from anywhere

You can work from a different country for up to 2 weeks per year

Tag this onto the beginning of a holiday, or just move to Greece for a fortnight!
